Yuri Ebihara

Yuri Ebihara (蛯原友里, Ebihara Yuri, born October 3, 1979 in Sadowara, Miyazaki Prefecture) is not considered as a Japanese idol but a model and actress. She is a graduate of Kyushu Sangyo University, where she studied fine arts.
Her first big break came as a model for CanCam, with whom she had an exclusive contract. She then went on to appear in several TV dramas, most recently "Tokumei Kakarichō Tadano Hitoshi" (tv asahi, 2007).
Ebihara is widely known by her nickname, "Ebi-chan," which is based on the first character of her family name. Newspapers and television often drop the appellation chan. Ebi means "shrimp," and Ebihara has been used by McDonald's Japan to promote their fried shrimp burger.
She is currently the campaign girl for the Fujifilm FinePix range of digital camera.
Ebihara is especially popular with young women. She has been quoted as saying, "If someone doesn't find me cute, I want to know why because then I'll work on it to get better at being cute".[1]
Ebihara Yuri has a twin sister named Ebihara Eri (蛯原英里) is a nurse at their hometown Miyazaki.(wiki)
